Jovy Systems Manufacturers Warranty

AVRepair offers lifetime support on the RE-7500. Our limited lifetime support includes the following:

1. Initial set up
2. Software installation
3. Connecting to a computer
4. Unzipping profiles
5. System operation

 

We do not provide training or give advice on the repair of any particular product or application. Any profiles we provide are to be used as a guide only and may need to be modified. Basic soldering skills are mandatory and previous re-work experience is helpful.

For urgent cases and application support, Jovy Systems is available via SKYPE messenger (jovysystemscs). The live support will be active from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM GMT on a daily basis, except Friday, Saturday and Sunday it will from 7:00 AM to 9.30 AM.
